create_shortcut scripts don't work on 64-bit Windows #125

The create_shortcut scripts assume that the Cygwin keys appear under
"HKLM\Software" in the registry, yet on Win64 they're actually under
"HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node", because Cygwin runs in the 32-bit subsystem.
(Microsoft demonstrating their talent for inventing ridiculous names there
again.)
