Underline URLs and filenames when hovering with Ctrl down #173

When hovering hyperlinks, maybe mintty change mouse pointer and underline.

Nah, it's a terminal, not a web browser. You can of course open URLs and files 
with a 
Ctrl+click already. See also this thread:

then another offer,
when press ctrl button, change mouse pointer and underline the text under 
mouse. i 
need this because your regex not working something 
http://blahblah.com/?test=test. if 
you can underline that, then i can see what i'm clicking.

Underlining links and filenames when pressing Ctrl would make sense, but it's 
quite a 
bit of work for not an awful lot of gain, so don't expect quick action on this.

Meanwhile, there actually is a way to see what you're clicking already: hold 
Ctrl and 
press down the left mouse button and the link is highlighted. If you don't want 
it to 
be opened, drag the the mouse away from the link before releasing the button.

I've entered issue 175 for the problem with URL parameters.
