Ctrl+click doesn't handle URL parameters #175

The Ctrl+click function for opening URLs (and also double-click word 
selection) doesn't include URL parameters into the link that gets opened, 
e.g. when clicking at "http://bla.com/query.html?foo=3&bar=x", the stuff from 
the question mark onwards is ignored.

(This was previously mentioned in issue 132 and issue 173. The workaround is 
to manually select the whole URL and select Open from the context menu.)
