Paste with central button #194

Currently on mintty it is only possible to assign the right button 
for pasting. However on xterm the central button is used, so
jumping between the two application is a bit confusing.
Could you add the option for past on central mouse button ?

The middle button should paste by default. It only changes to 'extend' if you 
configure the right button to paste.

ps: You might also want to enable 'Copy on select' on the Mouse pane of the 
options.
