No Software License #414

I noticed there is no software license for HeishaMon. This makes professional use such as for research purposes difficult. Any reason there is none? Better try to agree on some license now. If the list of non-trivial contributors grows then more and more people would need to agree to this license.

rules.cpp and other have the License MPLv2.0 (@CurlyMoo) OpenTherm.cpp has MIT License?!

I would suggest MPLv2.0, after checking the compatibility of the licenses of libaries and files used.
