Rebuild EhPanda on newest xcode and ios 16 #275

Many people (like #272 , and the discord channel) reported that the gallery has weird behavior on ios 16.
While I try to find out the bug, I found that simply rebuilding the app with the latest Xcode and ios 16 is good enough.
Thus, I added this pr to rebuild EhPanda.
