dropdown is hidden when placed in a table cell #182

When placed in a table cell the plugin's dropdown is not visible

** What is your environment?
-- DropDownCheckList version: 1.3
-- jQuery version: 1.6
-- jQuery UI version: 1.9
-- Browser and version: IE 7

Both the Demo and Test pages are constructed using TD, and there are no 
problems with those examples.
There have been other reported problems with DDCL and jQuery 1.6.  Can test 
with jQuery 1.5 and see if it is still an issue?

With no further details, and considering the mismatch between DDCL 1.3 and 
jQuery 1.6, no action will be taken on this issue
