How to achieve the demo screenshot look?

The example screenshot at 
http://dropdown-check-list.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/doc/dropdownchecklist.html 
shows a standard looking select list with checkboxes. That's exactly what I'm 
after. However none of the examples show how to achieve this look. Any help?

I see this might be a duplicate of 
http://code.google.com/p/dropdown-check-list/issues/detail?id=194. Does this 
mean the screenshot on the demo page is not actually possible?

While your request is not an exact duplicate of 194, the thrust of the issue is 
the same.  You are looking for a different visual look.

The project image has been around since long before I took over the project.  I 
cannot tell you if it was ever a true screen shot of DDCL, or just a mockup.

For now, DDCL is based on jQuery UI theme roller settings.  If you need 
something different, you will have to produce your own CSS.  If you do, please 
post that CSS back to the project, and I will try to make it available to 
others in future releases.

Thanks for the quick response. Like you commented on the other thread it would 
be good to be able to define whether to keep the standard <select> or replace 
it with a <div>. Some may like to customize the look but I prefer the browser 
rendering.
