Feature suggestion - Missing Source Language Name For Selected Text Translations

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Selecting text and attempting to translate inline.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The title of the source language and or the destination language when selecting 
text inline.  Instead, only the translated text appears.  I am left to wonder 
what the source language's identity is unless I perform a Google Translate 
search (which is redundant for using this plugin for the inline translation 
feature).

Please provide any additional information below.

It'd be great to see the name of the source language when selecting text and 
translating inline.
