Click&Clean is causing a issue with Bubble Translate Tab #152

Chrome Version       : 14.0.835.159 beta-m<Copy from: 'about:version'>
Operating system     : Vista Home Premium 64X

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Every time I run Click&Clean.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wasn't opening the Bubble Translate Preference Tab before Click&Clean and now 
it does every time I start the chrome browser up!

Please provide any additional information below.

Click & Clean detelete the localStorage and Bubble Translate when not found the 
configuration stored in it open preference tab for first configuration.
