online translation stop working - no popup

Chrome Version       : 15.0.874.121 m
Operating system     : Windows XP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ctrl + select french
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Popup to show english translation

Please provide any additional information below.
It worked for one day and then suddenly stop working.

I have same problem.

Now I use Chromium 17.0.942.0 on Kubuntu 11.04 and Auto-translated 
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/obgoiaeapddkeekbocomnjlckbbfapmk 
instead Bubble translate. It works fine.

same issue. Maybe it is not compatible with new version of chrome (16.zzzzz)

Google recently withdrew its translating services so any app that used google 
must pay google to keep using their translating service
