pop-up isn't working anymore

Chrome Version       : 15.0.874.121 m
Operating system     : win-xp sp3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.ctrl + my selection doesn't pop-up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing, before I used to see the pop-up with the translation

Please provide any additional information below.
it isn't working I thought it was a problem of my pc, but when I saw many 
entries with the same problem recently I started to think that it was probably 
a problem with the version of chrome or any kind of it.
