Feature suggestion - In "click to translate" mode, icon click should translate page when no text selected #39

Chrome Version       : 4.0.249.30 (Official Build 33928)
Operating system     : Windows XP SP3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set bubble-translate to "click icon to translate text" mode
2. Visit a foreign-language page
3. Click the bubble-translate icon without selecting text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the whole page to be translated when no text is selected.  Instead, 
nothing happens.

Please provide any additional information below.
There are bookmarklets that do this, so it's technically possible.
