Add minimum value for listeners #92

Is there a way to add a minimum value for listeners/custom listeners? Trying to add the gold hearts when having the absorption effect. Have the effect condition set but is there a way to set the health to display the hearts that are 21 and over?

Managed to do it using the %player_absorption% placeholder but still would be nice to be able to set a min value
