The link shared in footnote : http://www.statmt.org/wmt20/quality-estimation-task.html for downloading the "publicly available bilingual corpora that were used to train the target machine translation systems (Ott et al., 2019)." --training data for the model is no longer accessible. Couldn't find this dataset(which was shared as an Additional Resource in WMT 2020--http://www.statmt. org/wmt20/quality-estimation-task.html) in the later WMTs either. Could you please share the dataset that you had used ?

Unfortunately, we cannot share the bilingual corpora on behalf of WMT20 organisers. Please contact them.
