复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

正常进入下载队列并显示下载项目

程序直接闪退

可以打开下载队列了，但是向下划动队列还是会闪退，无论是快速划动还是非常慢的划动都会使程序闪退 log-2023-05-17-18-51-42-699.zip

在下载队列选择《筛选》，然后选择筛选列表里的《未启动》筛选项目也会引发程序立即闪退

安装完首次打开没问题，然后很快又闪退了，现在又变回了无法打开下载队列界面的状态，打开就闪退😢 log-2023-05-17-20-01-55-680.zip
