Somewhere along the line I introduced absolute paths back into waivers and messages, which is bad if you want to copy them between machines/installations/users.
There are two parts to this:
[ ] Make all paths in output files relative
[ ] Fix the exception that happens when you use the checkbox to display absolute/relative.
