I'm running english.
OSX 10.9.3
EigenD 2.0.74-stable (Mac OS X Snow Leopard onwards)
odd, is this a new install? i.e. recently downloaded since it was made free?
if so have you installed: a) runtime b) resources
also best idea is to post a question on eigenlabs.com forum, as many more people keep an eye on there, and might have an idea of the cause.

the only thing i did is download the DMG and run as all OSX users are used to do.
i didn't read any instructions regarding runtime, resources or any other thing.
Sorry, did i miss something?
thank you for your support.
it does say on the download page: "If this is your first installation, you need to at least install the runtime package and possibly also the Eigenharp Windows drivers."
the runtime package is (compared to the EigenD package) relatively large and is only needed on first install, you don't need to install it again when upgrading. http://www.eigenlabs.com/downloads/releases/eigend-runtime-100/
there is also a 'resources' package which is optional, which again is large and can be installed after the runtime. http://www.eigenlabs.com/downloads/releases/eigend-resources-1012/
you should download this if you plan to use the factory setups for an eigenharp, as these contain various samples, loops used by these factory setup. (but as such is not need to run eigenD)
so a first time install process is usually a) download and install runtime b) download and install resources (optional) c) download and install eigend
when you upgrade you only need to download and install eigend.
(as i say this process is to reduce the amount of data required to download when upgrading and also if you install on multiple machines you only need to download the relevant things once)
I can't say for sure if this is the font issue or not ... as Ive always installed as directed, so not sure what happens if you don't :)
anyway, i think if you download and install the runtime, theres a good chance it will fix your issue... post back if it does/doesnt, so others will know.
Cheers Mark
