fix: linkbutton: adjust anchor specificity to ignore bootstrap styles

SUMMARY:

Currently, LinkButton picks up a few styles from Bootstrap, this change should prevent that happening.

• Prepends a to selectors (e.g. a.link-button {...})
• Updates a few selector background-color properties to background
