Chokistream not connecting #32

Hi! I was on another page tryna figure this out but moved here per request if I had any more issues, which I do! I restarted my computer and tried connecting the system (while my 3DS is running) and an error message popped up saying "connection refused". I don't know if i have any other streaming services for the 3DS on my computer, I'm pretty sure I got rid of the snickerstream files and i don't think I have anything else that could stream a 3DS. I have OBS Studios but isn't opened or running. I don't know if Steam, XBox, Discord, and BlueStacks can also affect it, because those are also running in the background of my computer.

NEVERMIND I SOMEHOW FIXED IT i think it was because my NTR was acting weird so I deleted it and got a new on my SD
