Add Keycloak integration

Add traefik forwardAuth middleware for accessing cluster resources via Keycloak client:

Seems like the structure is:

• application has ingress with middleware of "forwardAuth"
• middleware redirects to oauth2-proxy
• oauth2-proxy service forwards to keycloak for auth

Will make a new realm called "cluster"

Seems to be a problem with Set-Cookie with simple domain names, like 'SWK3S'

Works without specifying cookie domain, but cookie is missing when i do "skip_provider_button"
