Enhancement: Sufficient damage to a player's face should render them unrecognisable (Unknown) #201

Causing severe damage to a player while you are targeted on his/her face
should render that person unrecognizable, or 'Unknown' - if they have their
ID card removed.

This could give the 'Forensics' job a more important/satisfying role in the
game, such as confirming the identification of unrecognizable bodies
littering the station. Dental records, that's what Forensics is all about!

Already in unstable, at 500 damage you become Unknown
