Allow observers to see player statistics #299

Nakar: With respect to being dead and observing, is there any chance of
having the Observe menu list a character's job? It's hard to tell who's the
captain or whatever job of interest if you come in late, and it would help
the AI find critical personnel if they forget weird names.

- Original Name
- Original Rank/Job
- Current Name (if different)
- Current Rank/Job/Access
- Check Inventory (maybe not)
- Memories (if traitor) (maybe not)
