Gas masks should further reduce vision #308

Gas masks give a slight greenish tint to your vision, which is annoying, 
but it doesn't prevent people from picking them up and wearing them at the 
start of every round.
I think gas masks should reduce vision by a tiny amount also, say by one 
or two tiles.  Ideally this would make it so people don't pick up gas 
masks first thing every round.

This isn't too high priority. Just an idea.

I'm not sure that's the way I'd suggest to fixing the issue you commented on;

to next version regardless.
