Chat sanitizer fails to sanitize emote spam and superignore cannot ignore all enemies

Issue: Enemies can flood the chat, making it hard to communicate and hard to ignore (no right click) and chat sanitizer doesn't trigger an ignore:

1. Please improve chat sanitizer to handle emotes especially when obviously repeated 5, 10, 15+ times.
2. Please add a fourth block category after Custom Filter to allow blocking all opposing faction characters (if Horde, block all Alliance, vice versa).

Tagging @Lexiebean since I was thinking we are working off their fork or support... but maybe I'm just stuck in my helmet.
