It's if (cPlanet.techLvl >= 7) { cPlanet.anomalies.push(PlanetAnomaliesList[6]);

     It should list any of those:
       "Industrial civilization",
      "Atomic Age civilization",
      "Information Age civilization",
      "Post-singularity civilization"

Do you have the ending score for this issue?
