Style fixes

• footer always on bottom
• no content on footer

libraryItem "cards":

• switched shadow to border
• optimised padding

• Changed the background color of welcome.blade.php to min-h-screen bg-[#F7931A]
• Added a border around library items in library table and article overview pages
• Removed shadow from all cards on these two pages (library table, article overview)
