File transfer via ICQ ? #45

Hi!

I have drag-n-drop pictures on the pidgin window and it shows a popup of changing the user icon. How can I transfer images or files in pidgin via ICQ ?

Unfortunately I haven't added in the ability to send files/images from the plugin, so when drag-dropping an image onto the chat window, Pidgin will fall back to its default behaviour of setting the custom icon

Will you be adding file transfers in the future? Maybe the source code of mandarin for android will help with this? https://github.com/solkin/mandarin-android
