Offline friends' names not fetched? #151

It would appear that friends names are not fetched if they are offline, but their avatars are fetched just fine.

I get this regardless if the user is offline or online. It seem to happen with specific users, for some reason and is more often triggered if they're offline when I start the client. For some time after starting up pidgin, their names are often missing like that. After a while, the names "fix themselves", though. Can take a long while sometimes, though.
