What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed libsteam.so to /.purple/plugins/ & /usr/lib/purple-2/
2. Installed pidgin-dev & libjson-dev
3. Installed icons.zip /usr/share/pixmaps/pidgin/protocols

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When trying to add accounts, I don't see Steam on the list. When I check
Tools>Plugins in Pidgin, I don't see the steam plugin listed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung Chromebook Series 3 dual boot Chrome OS & Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS with
Kernal 3.4.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Using Pidgin 2.10.3

Unfortunately I haven't got a pre built version of the plugin for arm
processors. You'll need to compile it yourself.
