DLL lacks dependencies #87

When using Pidgin 2.10.10 and libsteam-1.4.dll in Windows 8, it fails to load.
Looking closer using a DLL inspector, it's missing various libraries like
NSS3.dll, ZLIB1.dll, GLIB, GOBJECT, etc.

Pidgin provides those dlls at Runtime in the pidgin folder and gtk/bin folder .
It's working fine on win8 here. What error are you getting in the debug window
when trying to load plugins? It might be more likely that you're missing the
json-glib dll as mentioned in the install instructions?

I didn't see those DLLs in the Pidgin folder. I looked in the GTK folder but
might've missed it. I don't remember the exact error, but I think it was quoted
as "not loadable". I'll look at it tomorrow.

Oops, it wasn't Windows 8. It was Windows 7. No idea how I got to that
conclusion. Sorry for the delay, I haven't had the opportunity to debug more
(not my machine.), so I used a virtual machine to replicate the problem. Here's
the error:

Sounds like it's missing the json-glib dll that needs to be in your Pidgin
folder (parent to the plugins folder)
