Disable progress bar in taskbar when download has finished #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. wait for a download to end :)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The full progress bar should disappear to determine between "near to end" and 
"finished".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
