Pidgin looks like before #20

Doesn't work. Pidgin looks like before. I copied pidgin-win7-5.dll into 
C:\Program Files\Pidgin\plugins and enabled the 'Windows 7' plugin. After 
restarting pidgin nothing happened. 

Version: 5
Operating System: Win7 Ultimate

What did I do wrong?

Your screenshot is of the right-click jump list.  The screenshot in the link is 
the left-click window list.  Try opening a conversation window with several 
tabs, then left-clicking on the pidgin icon.

You have to set up your taskbar to group the windows together.
