Taskbar progress indicator on main Buddy List window #28

The current file transfer progress is displayed on the taskbar for the File 
Transfer window. This patch will display it on both the file transfer window 
and the buddy list, allowing the transfer window to be closed for the duration 
of the transfer yet having UI feedback.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN-trunk. Windows 7 Professional x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
Patch in a bit.
