How do I install the DLL?
Or where must i copy it to?

Copy the dll into C:\Program Files\Pidgin\plugins\  (or C:\Program Files 
(x86)\Pidgin\plugins on 64-bit windows)
I'll update the front page with instructions

Better way to install the plug-in (using console):
md %APPDATA%\.purple\plugins\ & del /F /Q 
%APPDATA%\.purple\plugins\pidgin-win7-*.dll & copy /Y pidgin-win7-4.dll 
%APPDATA%\.purple\plugins\

It installs plug-in for current user only and deletes previous version.

i already the dll into C:\Program Files\Pidgin\plugins\ but nothing happens.
i just forget about enable chekbox in plugins settings
may be you  update the front page with additional instructions? ))
