What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a Quit option on the jumplist below the Preferences icon. It is
not there any more. Enabling and disabling the plugin does not fix the issue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version 5 on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

It's probably dropped off the bottom due to not enough screen height.

You might be able to change the setting by right-clicking the taskbar, choosing
properties->start menu->customize then edit the "number of recent items to
display in jump lists"?

I have that particular setting set to 0 in Windows and it was showing up just
fine until today. That being said, setting it to various values does not fix
the issue either.

Okay, apparently, the existence of the Quit command is not tied to the size of
recent entries in jump lists, but rather the number of entries on the right
side of the Windows 7 start menu. Before the problem happened, I removed a link
to the Documents folder from my Start menu (through the Customize Start Menu
window). Adding back the Documents link - or for that matter, any entry to the
Start menu adds back the Quit command.

Further, each additional entry removed from the Start menu removes additional
commands from that second-from-the-bottom part of the jumplist. At 5 or less
items on the Start menu, the Accounts, Plugins, Preferences and Quit entries
are all missing - I need 9 items minimum for the jumplist to display all items
properly. Going with less than 5 items doesn't remove any other entries, nor
does going over 9 add any additional entries.

Addendum to my previous comment, but even the behavior of this bug is bizzare -
going to 8 items on the Start menu removes the Quit command, but going 7 gets
rid of both Plugins and Preferences, with 6 right side Start meny entries
finally emptying out that portion of the jumplist. Absolutely bizzare.

So, no possibility of this problem being fixed?
