Plugin breaks start minimized functionality #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set pidgin windows shortcut properties to start minimized. 
2. Start pidgin with plugin disabled and it works.
3. Start pidgin with plugin enabled and it doesn't work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is that pidgin is started minimzed to taskbar. I see pidgin not 
minimized to taskbar.
