Feature request - hide XYZ left the room" messages #233

I'd really like it if there were a way to NOT see the (09:55:08 PM) pliny left the room. (09:55:28 PM) sgtriden#3402 left the room. (09:57:08 PM) pliny left the room. (10:09:50 PM) kelz left the room. (10:09:59 PM) TIM3PORT left the room. stuff... since, strangely, it doesn't even seem to be accurate. ie, I'll get a "xxx left the room" and a then I'll get messages from them.... plus, it scrolls off the actual conversation.

Do you use the Join/Part Hiding plugin that ships with Pidgin?

If not, which version of the plugin are you using?
