Taskbar does not flash on incoming group message #75

Individual messages cause the taskbar button to flash as notification (desired behavior), but incoming messages in a group chat do not flash notification. Uncertain as to what version of libhangouts.dll.

Pidgin will normally only flash the taskbar if your name is mentioned in a group chat, but you can use the Message Notification plugin (in Tools->Plugins) to customise this to flash for all messages if that's what you're after?

Message Notification plugin handles this, just needed to be enabled and configured.
