2FA? #17

My Instagram account has 2FA enabled and I'd rather not disable it. When I try to sign in with purple-instagram, Instagram texts me my 2FA code, but Pidgin/purple-instagram does not seem to provide a method of entering this.

Is there some way of authenticating using 2FA? If not I have some free time over the next two weeks, so I'm happy to take a stab at the code if you'd like to give me any pointers as to how you'd like it implemented (if Instagram even supports that in third-party clients).

When I didn't have two-factor authorisation, a window popped up to enter a code, but there was nothing to enter. Now I have turned on two-factor authorisation and there is no sign. It's the other way around.
