Summary

Api update to set online/offline/busy/away status.
Api update to sync other users' status with the server.
Add logic to let users join public channels.
Api update for the user search.
Api update to display messages sent when the user is offline.
Add CI script(using Github action) to automate the Windows and Linux build process for plugin.

A suspiciously straightforward PR for a lot of useful quality-of-life functionality 👍

Love the CI stuff. I really need to get more into that. (although a little scary that it pulls the win32dev folder from my server every time 😄 )
