I had issues compiling because my OS' locale is fr_FR, which caused a problem when RPM tried to check de %changelog field.

Indeed, this will fix rpm build for for non-english system settings. Thanks ! (and sorry for huge delay .. I had not much time to work on this project in past months ..)
