split code in more files.

libmattermost.c was still too big, this is second attempt at splitting into more files .. still not perfect but getting there I think ..

changes:

unification of fetch_url function names / callbacks (all callbacks shall be named function_name_response now)
mm_process_msg function split in multiple (was little bit big and I was getting lost in if/elses)

let's drop this, I will come back with it when other bugs are fixed
