Can't get rid of Skype Translator #604

Once I added a bot called Skype Translator to my contact list. I used it, then I removed it on Skype and Pidgin, but it keeps coming back to Pidgin whenever I login. In fact I have 2 Skype accounts and I used Skype Translator on both. For one of them, I was able to get rid of it. For the other, whenever it gets back, I go to settings, blocked users, I find Skype Translator there, I unblock it, I remove it, but to no avail.
Has anyone experienced anything similar with any bot on Skype?

I don't know if it makes a difference, but the Skype account in which I'm facing this issue is a Microsoft account. If I open it on web.skype.com, I can't see this Skype Translator even if it's in my contact list and I have an active conversation with it.

It is not about skype translator. You just can't remove any contact. Official skype app doesn't see them, web skype doesn't show them, but pidgin keeps adding them. Even after I remove them manually from xml, they are being added.
