I'm on FreshRSS Docker version all standard installation. I installed the extension based on the instructions. Set it to 25 mins. But the refresh doesn't happen.

Can confirm, I have the same issue. As a workaround, follow the guide on this page : https://freshrss.github.io/FreshRSS/en/admins/08_FeedUpdates.html and set the auto refresh with Cron.

Actually it works for me. Not sure why not for you.

Eisa01 commented 1 year ago

Closed as it is confirmed to be working.

I've installed the extension as well, and refresh is not occurring as expected. My installation uses the docker install.

It does not refreshing any RSS feeds for me. It seems to only refresh the website itselfe. I Installed it manually on pios with nginx and sqlite (Do note that I might have something set up wrong, as I'm just getting into freshRSS).

It no longer works for me. I am using freshrss/freshrss:arm in case that helps. It has not worked for a while now. It used to work great. I miss this extension.

vdbhb59 commented 11 months ago

Hmm, I re-tried it and yeah, does not seem to work on the latest releases at all. :(

Unfortunately, it no longer works since the update to FreshRSS version 1.24.0 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Unlucky. I switched to miniflux for now. The ui could be a touch better for how I use it and it would be cool to have multiple categories, but other than that, I can recommend it to y'all.

memo-567 commented 6 months ago

That's a pity. Nevertheless, thank you very much for your quick answer 😀

Also doesn't work for me unfortunately.
