Allow players to manually add private log entries #69

Players can add lines to their personal logs that will not be shown in public logs (except for the final reveal, maybe). This can be used to take notes and speculate about players without them knowing, and to log key events that aren’t logged automatically.

Basically, it could be a private variant of the /claim functionality.

Currently, the final logs reveal every log entry. This means the final log could get extremely crowded (especially if many players log the same event in their own words and maybe even at different stages of the game).
