Cancel lobbies if no game is started within 30mins #71

For this to work we need, to add a timed function with a 30 Minutes (or should this be configurable) dekay and a callback. If the game starts this function needs to be canceled.

Should there be warning? e.g. "Only 10 Minutes until this game get's canceled"? Or even a continues counter?
