Extend /spectate with votes #72

When spectating an active round of Secret Hitler, one does not see who voted what before the election is finished. So seeing who voted what would be quite usefull (especially when people decide against their first vote etc)

Easy options:

Any vote is immediately revealed to the spectators
Any vote is immediately added as knowledge limited to spectators

First option would drastically increase the amount of messages spectators receive

Second option would drastically increase log size.

Hard option: Have a self-updating live tracking of all votes for spectators.
