need global option for auth agent #671

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to set 'use ssh auth agent' for an ssh connection.
2.create new host connection
3.edit host connection and set the option on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a global option to turn 'use ssh auth agent' for all host 
connections.

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?

1.7.1

What type of system are you trying to connect to?
Any

If you are able to connect, what is the output of "echo $TERM", "uname -a",
and any other relevant information on the host?
Any

Please provide any additional information below.

This would just like .ssh/config options for the Host *
