Support more than 2 channels in AudioResampler #285

FFMpeg has supported more than 2 channels in av_audio_resample for some time. 
There is no need to check it and throw an error in AudioResampler - 
av_audio_resample_init can check if it supports given channel numbers or not.
Attached is a  patch against current svn.
